Charge card without a confirmation email

Please check that your confirmation email is not sent to junk/spam. If you don’t find it there, please contact us to solve the problem.

This may be due to a technical issue of the ship company/companies that operate the said itinerary.

Therefore, it is possible that your booking was unsuccessfully completed but the system may have proceeded to approval of the amount in your card.

Safe card transaction

Your card info are sent to us via secure server and the SSL encryption method (“Secure Socket Layer” technology). Then, the system sends you to the bank’s webpage which issued your card in order to approve the transaction via your personal password.

Billing currency

All transactions of credit and debit cards are implemented in Euros (€).

Booking payment means

We note that the whole fare must be paid during the booking procedure.

You may pay via debit or credit card, as well as via PayPal.

Refund

Refund is performed on the same bank account that was used for the reservation. Usually, according to each bank, the transfer may take 5 to 7 working days to be visible in the account. After 7 days have passed and provided that the amount is not visible, you may contact us to check the procedure and solve the problem.
