6. Reservation confirmation - Sending tickets - Travel documents
TravelFerry will confirm your booking, in case of purchase or simply booking, of one or more of the services we offer by sending an email and the user is obliged to check all the details of the booking made and to inform the company of any errors that may have occurred as soon as possible. Users of TravelFerry services should know that it is possible to send them their tickets by courier company and theie shipping costs are borne by users or they can pick them up through our offices in Piraeus. In case the customer must return the tickets to our company, the courier shipping costs are borne by him. It is noted that any user of TravelFerry services is obliged to have in his possession all the necessary documents for the trip for which he has made the corresponding reservation. Please note that TravelFerry has no obligation for any customer omissions.
7. Cancellations - Amendments
Regarding the terms of cancellation and modification of tickets are completely dependent on the terms set by the respective provider. TravelFerry is not responsible for any cancellations and modifications, governed by terms imposed by other providers and partners shipping companies. TravelFerry cancellation policy is as follows:
- 100% if a cancellation request is made at least 18 days (18 x 24 hours) before the scheduled departure
- 75% if a cancellation request is made at least 11 days (11 x 24 hours) before the scheduled departure
- 50% if a cancellation request is made at least 4 days (4 x 24 hours) before the scheduled departure
- 3 days to 13 hours before the scheduled departure, cancellation requests are treated as emergencies and can only be completed during business hours. In this case it would be good to contact us or the corresponding central agency of each shipping company.
- For requests received less than 12 hours before the scheduled departure or after the departure of the ship, passengers are not entitled to any refund of their ticket price.
